We are looking for an experience Recruitment Resourcing Specialist to join our busy Recruitment function on a 12 months fixed term contract however could potentially develop into a permanent position in the future.

The Recruitment Resourcing Specialist will take full ownership of key locations to actively source and recruit candidates for our priority services. The role will focus on 'hot spot' areas with high vacancy needs, continually challenging the recruitment process and exploring new ways to enhance candidate attraction to reduce the reliance on temporary agency support. This is a really exciting role for anyone that has a passion for problem solving, continually devising new innovative methods of candidate attraction and has extensive experience of utilising social media and CV searching databases to directly source applicants.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently home based however, we will soon make a return to the office where the future plan is for a hybrid model of working to include both home and office based working from our Support Centre based in Rubery, South Birmingham.

We are looking for an experience Recruitment Resourcing Specialist that will:

In conjunction with the Service Manager and Regional Manager, devise robust recruitment plans and timelines for each service within your key portfolio, taking the lead on ensuring each action is delivered
Continually directly source applicants via CV search engines that are available, reaching out in a timely manner to ensure that accomplish are a 'responsive employer' at all times
Effectively use Social Media to establish the accomplish employer brand in the job market to enhance visibility of our vacant roles
Manage applicants through the whole recruitment process from initial enquiry, shortlisting of CVs, booking interviews and the offer process providing clear, consistent and regular communication.
Seeking new and innovative ways to attract candidates to accomplish, exploring new job boards, CV search engines and social media platforms
Build a close working relationship with the Marketing Team to update existing and create new marketing materials to enhance candidate attraction including flyers, banners, posters and other innovative marketing ideas
Seek relevant recruitment events and fayres in key locations and ensure adequate recruitment materials are distributed in time for any internal and external recruitment events
If required, be involved in the onboarding process of new applicants to enhance the pace of the onboarding process

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an experienced Resourcing Specialist that has:

Demonstrable experience of utilising social media and CV searching databases to recruit to a high volume of vacancies - essential
Experience in internal and or agency recruitment, resourcing for a high volume of positions at any one time - essential
Previous experience of problem solving and trouble shooting high profile vacancies/services/settings
Proven track record of filling 'hard to fill' vacancies
Knowledge and understanding of recruitment within the health and social care sector is preferable
Understanding of recruitment requirements and internal processes
