Ty Grosvenor is a rehabilitation service for men and women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder. The services have of two distinct wards and two, two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. The ethos of the service is Work, Rest and Play and focuses on equipping Service Users with the appropriate skills for community living.
There is significant emphasis upon accessing mainstream resources within the local community, providing patients with opportunity to develop robust community skill. The service is located in Wrexham, North Wales and just a short walk away from the town centre, cafes and restaurant, leisure facilities and local colleges. Using community resource will assist patients in generating social networks external to the service that can be utilised upon discharge from the service, mitigating potential relapse or isolation.
You will work 12 hours days, three days a week. You would also be required to work nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Though with 4 days off to rest and catch up on life, it provides a great work/life balance.What you will get
