Job role: Real Estate Rent Administrator

Pay: £10.00 per hour

Job Type: 3 - 6 months temporary contract

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 9:00am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available)

Start Date: Immediately

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity to work for a Real Estate team for a reputable global retailer located in Birmingham. Offering your administrative skills and expertise, the purpose of this role will be to proactively deliver administration and finance related support within a Head Office business function.

Responsibilities:

  • Month by month checks that all rent has been paid (with accounts payable)
  • Where required chasing invoices
  • Reconciling rents (overpayments / indexation underpayments)
  • Managing Direct Debit mandates for existing stores
  • Reconciling statement of accounts - Oracle vs AMT vs LL
  • Ensuring turnover rents are paid correctly and on time

Skills / Experience:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Finance / Accounts experience
  • Ability to use MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Oracle Software (desirable)
  • Confident with email and telephone enquiries
  • Highly organised
  • Articulate communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
