The firm's Real Estate Finance practice is highly ranked by legal directories in the UK and internationally, offering exposure to a premium client base and complex and high-end transactions.
Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team renowned for their expertise in advising a premium client base on a spectrum of real estate finance transactions. The role encompasses guiding clients through the complexities of real estate investment, development, and structured finance, covering a host of asset classes including offices, retail, residential, leisure, and industrial properties.
A significant aspect of the position involves acting on behalf of lenders in the origination of both senior and junior debt. This responsibility includes navigating through intricate multi-layered intercreditor arrangements and devising alternative syndication strategies. The candidate will be expected to manage these processes with a high degree of professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- England & Wales or commonwealth qualified, trained at a top City or major international law firm.
- 1-4 years PQE gained at a recognised real estate finance practice in London.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
