Henry Martin is looking to recruit an experience lead Quantity Surveyor, on behalf of a medium-sized main contractor in North London, who where founded over 40 years ago. With an annual turnover in excess of £50M, our client holds a strong foothold in the market, delivering new build and refurbishment projects ranging in project value from £5M-£30M. Typical projects are across the residential, education, healthcare, and retail sectors. A lot of there work is based on repeat business, however they do also price on competitive tenders. Due to recent project wins and growth plans within the group, our client is now looking to recruit an experience lead Quantity Surveyor. As the lead surveyor, you will be required to take full responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a £12M RC frame residential scheme situated in North London. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivery new build construction projects from inception through to completion. You will be familiar with all surveying duties from procurement, management of sub-contractors, monthly valuations, payments and reporting up/down stream.
