Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and legal regulations
• Lead audits (internal, customer and third-party) and ensure the site is always audit-ready
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
• Extensive allergen control knowledge
• Train and develop staff on quality and food safety practices
• Manage non-conformances and root cause investigations
• Lead the HACCP team and manage documentation
• Oversee product testing and quality checks to ensure consistency and safety
• Liaise with production, NPD, technical and suppliers to ensure standards are upheld throughout
