I am currently working with a SME building contractor who's turnover is 2-10 million and specialise within the residential and retail sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can run multiple projects and price work. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, growing but ambitious, respected company,
Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates and cost plans for small and larger construction projects.
• Prepare subcontractor tender documents and contract documents.
• Prepare valuations of works in progress and completed works.
• Monitor the cost of materials, labour, and other costs associated with the project.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects. • Advise on contractual matters.
• Analyse and interpret contracts
Requirements:
- Reliable, Well mannered, Presentable
- Able and experienced at working with High end clients and tradesmen and adapting to both situations as needed.
- A sense of Humour with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and Articulate
- Excellent Spoken/Written English
- Get the job done attitude and able to support the junior PM's as and when required.
- Working within a fast paced environment would be essential.
- If able to introduce past clients would be a bonus.
