Our client is a developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Project Director to oversee a regeneration scheme in Ealing.

The project consists of 610 residential units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value 150m.

The position will report into the Operations Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in managed mixed use residential developments in excess of 150m. They’re also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and well as delivery.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 130k – 150k + full package & bonus.
