I am recruiting for a Product Manager Head of role, for a retail based company near Birmingham. They sell from shops and also through their internet. They are rapidly expanding.

• Identifying and developing relevant market/customer led design initiatives that will support profitable growth.
• Product range definition & portfolio management.
• Develop strategies on: – Range reduction / portfolio management life-cycle management
• Continuous product range improvement.
• Become as quick as possible an expert in the product range.
• Develop & maintain effective relationships with strategic suppliers keeping updated of future developments and keeping at the forefront of future trends and opportunities.
• Gathering customer insight.
• Identify, justify, and lead growth initiatives to enrich the product mix.
• Product launches.

Competencies and personal attributes:

• Experience in relevant product development / management role.
