Process Specialist – £40, 000- £50,000 + 10% Car allowance

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Process Specialist to join an expanding manufacturing company based Cheshire. They are growing at a rapid rate at the moment with a number of different projects going on.

Day to day you will be meeting with clients, either onsite or remotely via Teams etc. You will be in charge of gathering client’s requirements, producing flow diagrams and overall consulting on how their software will fit within their organisation.

Further to this, you will be handing this over to the technical teams, discussing with them on how they can develop and configure the software based on the external client’s requirements. You will then continuously be in touch with the client throughout the entire project, which can last anywhere between 3 – 12 months.

With the level of growth and investment that they have you will have plenty of opportunity to develop yourself. There is lots of potential to progress within the company as they are growing.

You will be based mostly from home, but you need to be willing to travel nationally and internationally to client sites when required.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Food industry experience
• Analysis experience (eg, Consulting, requirements gathering etc.)
• FMCG experience

Desirable skills include experience with:

• Logistics/Planning/Supply chain/Manufacturing
