Job Title: Principal Industry Consultant – Retail Banking
Join Endava’s Industry Expertise (IE) team, collaborating with a global network of over 180 industry experts and technologists.
We’re looking for a Principal Industry Consultant to lead Retail Banking consulting in Europe, including the UK.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Global Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Industry Principal Consultant, your mission is to drive strategic value for our clients and position Endava as their trusted execution partner. You’ll provide expert advisory services, shape industry thought leadership, and actively contribute to successful bids.
Key Responsibilities:
•Advisory Expert: Guide clients in achieving strategic goals and establish Endava as their preferred partner.
•Thought Leader: Share industry insights and contribute to thought leadership efforts.
•Bid Strategist: Play a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals for client success.
•Client Engagement: Support clients with long-term delivery-side initiatives and identify broader account opportunities.
•Operational Leadership: Provide strategic advice to senior management and help shape Endava’s industry vision.
•Sales Partner: Collaborate with the sales team, develop client relationships, and create business improvement strategies.
•Market Influence: Network, influence, and position Endava within the industry. Identify market opportunities and contribute to marketing strategies.
•Accelerator Champion: Participate in building accelerators and share industry knowledge within Endava.
•Community Engagement: Contribute to the BCM community and collaborate with the TAC for pre-sales and delivery.
•Partnership Builder: Suggest and establish partnerships with third parties to enhance our offerings.
Requirements:
Experience:
Over 15 years in Financial Services and Banking, preferably in a technology leadership role.
Sector Expertise: Strong knowledge of Retail Banking, including Core Banking, Digital Experience, and Regulation.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with leading Core Banking Platforms and Banking as a Service.
Education: Degree in information systems, computing, engineering, or business.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional client interaction, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
Track Record: Proven success throughout your career.
Global Experience: Able to work effectively in global organizations.
Strategist: Skilled in developing business and technology strategies.
Client-Centric: Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Thought Leader: Able to provide valuable insights to clients.
