Role - Principal Building Control Surveyor Location - Manchester Salary - up to £60k with car, pension, healthcare, flexible working If you are looking for a role where you can concentrate on Major Projects and commercial works with the investment in training and development needed with the changing building regulations, then this is likely the job for you. The duties of the role encompass their breadth of building control throughout the construction process so you will need to be competent in plan checking, fee quotation, providing technical advice and site visits, troubleshooting and dispute resolutions.
