What You'll Do:
- Contributing to the development and management of the cyclic maintenance programme for Area 12, to include working with the operational and commercial teams, developing a programme that is safe, efficient, effective and includes profiled resourcing requirements
- Liaising between client and internal teams during the planning and delivery stages. Chairing internal daily calls to understand performance and reasons for non-completion of works.
- Tracking progress, incorporating changes and forecasting delivery dates.
- Coordinating within the wider Planning Team to integrate with the reactive maintenance programme.
- Overseeing works orders ensuring correct closure, documentation, and feedback on asset condition. Rescheduling works to meet contract deadlines.
- Engaging with the Client and other key stakeholders through regular communications including weekly / monthly planning meetings and other forums.
- Preparing periodic reports, statistics, and answers to enquiries concerning the programme
- Ensuring high standards of programming and road space booking are carried out to meet client and contract requirements
- Developing and improving working practices and seeking innovative solutions.
