Affordable Housing is embarking in an exciting people first journey and we want you to help support you on that journey!
You will partner and support some of the business areas wider leadership teams. You will play a critical role in supporting the business areas to have the right people, with the right skills in the right place, at the right time to deliver business objectives and ensure we have an engaged and healthy workforce.
Our Affordable Housing business is currently undergoing transformational change, you will play an important part in supporting the business to deliver this change. You will lead on reviewing organisational design, workforce planning and help drive a culture where managers are inclusive, flexible and who manage an autonomous, productive workforce.
You will support managers with People issues, upskilling where appropriate and engendering a culture where managers manage. You will work collaboratively to review policies and procedures, and ensure that new ways of working are embraced by colleagues across the business. You will play an active role in supporting managers with complex ER cases

More about you
You will be CIPD level 5 qualified, or close to qualifying. We are looking for an individual who had experience of partnering senior leaders, has strong ER experience and someone who is looking to build on their wide ranging HR experience in an ever changing role. Knowledge of transformational change would be advantageous. As would a desire to help shape a People agenda and look at fresh issues such as future ways of working. An interest or experience in helping to build initiatives that deliver tangible benefits to colleagues wellbeing would also be useful.
This is a national role and you will be required to visit sites across the UK.
