Working alongside the psychology and therapy department, you will provide specialist behavioural support to people with a learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder.
As a PBS Therapist, you will develop and implement individualised behavioural support plans based on service users needs and goals, including empowering recovery and encouraging independence and life skills.
You will be responsible for functional behaviour assessments, positive behavioural support planning and implementations, incident analysis and will be requested to design and deliver training.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Have, or be willing to work towards, a qualification in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)
Demonstrate behavioural assessment tools.
Provide high quality written reports to guide care and treatment.
Experience within a similar setting.
A good understanding of the concept of PBS.
