Job Title: Payroll / HR Advisor

Hours: 35 hours 9am-5pm Hybrid (3 days in the office)

FTC: 9 months initially, possibly 1 year (Maternity Cover)

Location: Grays

Salary: Up to 27,000

As a Payroll & HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive administration service to our client's colleagues. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will make all the difference as you provide support in areas such as new starter processes, contractual amendments, and managing the leaver process. You will also play a vital role in assessing colleague's eligibility for auto-enrolment workplace pensions and maintaining accurate sickness records.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
