Part-Time Retail Supervisor Fashion & Outdoor Inverness 13.00 - 13.50 per hour

We're recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a leading outdoor and sports brand in Inverness.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused and motivated retail professional looking for a part-time role where they can support a successful store team, deliver great customer service and help drive sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  
• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
  
• Drive sales and performance against company targets
  
• Open and close the store when required
  
• Maintain high standards across merchandising, stock and store presentation
  
• Receive and process deliveries accurately
  
• Support with stock control and replenishment
  
• Lead and support the team on shift
  
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and the wider business
  

About You:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
  
• Experience supervising or leading a team would be beneficial
  
• A positive, can-do attitude and a natural people person
  
• Confident communicator with a strong customer focus
  
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
  
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across 2 days per week
