The Office Coordinator will be working for the Director of the Product team and will be overseeing schedules, budget trackers, customer quotations and orders, as well other administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities of this PA & Office Coordinator role -
- Coordinate schedules for the VP's of the business
- Recording meeting and following up on meeting minutes
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Update tracker for budgets & expenditure
- communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Provide assistance to departments in managing quotation and client order tasks.
- Collaborate with departments and leadership teams to ensure tasks are completed on time & share status updates.
Requirements for this PA & Office Coordinator role:
- Ideally having 1-2 year + experience EA/PA/Administrator/Office Administrator/Coordinator role.
- Experience in a client-facing, head office environment .
- Strong communication abilities
- Well- organised and can manage a number of different priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
