Cobalt Recruitment is working with one of the UK's most prestigious real estate brands as they are seeking an innovative and determined individual to join their team as an Operations Manager. The role has come about due to their continued success within the property sector, and you will be required to manage a well-established retail development in Berkshire.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget alongside the Senior Property Manager.
  • Ensuring that all contracted works is completed in line with the company's regulations, and that it is compliant with current health and safety legislation.
  • Forming relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues and ensuring that the highest level of communication is displayed throughout.
  • Supervising both the hard and soft aspects of the shopping centre and ensuring that all contract works are carried out punctually and cost-effectively.

With previous mixed-use or retail-led experience, you should possess a broad understanding of health and safety legislation, with an IOSH and BIFM qualification being beneficial. Key to your success will be your ability to display a high level of customer service and communicate effectively with both your tenants and colleagues.
