The key responsibilities in this role include;
• Manage the Operational function on a daily basis to achieve effective and efficient operations with excellent standards of service
• Ensure compliance and conformance to all legislative and company policy
• Lead the work activities providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management.
• Manage team leaders to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity
• Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI's
• Work closely with Directors to set operational strategy which enables business to deliver on expectations and maximise any opportunities to further development.
We are looking for a strong character, someone who is ambitious, driven and who wants to at the forefront of their business. You must be highly organised and understand the importance of strong process and compliance. A strong candidate for this role could be an Operations Manager or perhaps an Office Manager from the Recruitment industry. Someone who has held operational responsibility, taken ownership of process and staffing and is looking for their next step.
