The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support a busy Field Operations team. This is a varied role where you'll help coordinate travel, maintain accurate records, support scheduling and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.
This opportunity would suit someone starting their career, someone returning to work after a break, or anyone looking for a friendly, stable role where they can make a real difference. Full training will be provided, so we're looking for the right attitude and transferable skills rather than previous industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel bookings for field technicians and operational teams.
- Process permits, access passes and compliance documentation.
- Support logistics by coordinating deliveries and collections.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's internal systems.
- Assist with scheduling field technicians and installers.
- Produce operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Process purchase orders, company card records and reconciliations.
- Support installer wages and expense administration.
- Maintain vehicle records, servicing schedules and compliance documentation.
- Assist with stock administration and inventory records.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers and third-party partners to ensure operations run smoothly.
