JOIN US! We are seeking an Office Manager for our team based in London.
As an Office Manager at SymphonyAI, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London and Dublin offices, while also providing virtual support to other offices in the EMEA region. This role involves spending at least 4 working days per month in Dublin.
You will oversee daily office administration, manage resources, coordinate meetings, and support our diverse teams. Your responsibilities include organizing office operations and procedures, managing communication within the team and with external partners, maintaining a pleasant work environment, and ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Additionally, you will handle office budgets, resolve administrative issues, and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with office management software.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial operations.
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools and calendars.
- Availability to work from our London office, with a minimum of 4 days per month in Dublin, and support regional offices virtually across EMEA.
- Project management experience is a plus.
