Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00-17:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact clients directly for information requests
Ensuring all relevant details are received in time for deadlines
Maintaining and updating the internal system
Welcoming walk-in clients
Answering calls into the office
Responding to email queries
