The purpose of this position is to build the relationship and financial performance with current customers. Price adjustments are required when necessary. The successful candidate will hold the skills to negotiate trade terms with customers that are inline with budget targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Help manage the daily operations for key retailer accounts
- Be the go-to person for any admin or operational queries from your assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with retail buyers and other key contacts to keep things running smoothly
- Get to know each account's needs and provide them with tailored support and solutions
- Dive into sales data and performance metrics to spot opportunities for growth and improvement
- Keep an eye on account performance against targets, and create reports with recommendations to boost results
- Work closely with internal teams to make sure promotions are delivered on time and in line with plans
- Spot new opportunities to grow sales and expand product ranges within existing accounts
- Help shape strategies to boost account profitability and long-term success
- Join customer meetings and play an active role in discussions and negotiations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, what competitors are up to, and how retailers are evolving

Qualifications/experience needed:
- Degree within business or marketing
- Proven experience in a similar position within the Food Industry
- Food Safety Level 2
