This premium cosmetics retailer is looking for a talented multi-site manager to join their store for a 12 month fixed term period. As the multi-site manager, you will be hands-on and passionate about beauty and fragrances. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple retail locations. This position requires a blend of managerial skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate various functions to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction across all stores.Responsibilities:-Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple store locations.-Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff.-Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial reports for each store.-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.Experience:- Over 3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multisite role including concessions and stand alone stores-Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.-Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.- Experience working in a premium or luxury beauty environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand that values its talented employee's progress.
