A great opportunity for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join a leading Fashion Multi channel retailer in West Yorkshire. The company are well established and have been trading for over 30 years. They sell Fashion product across, Clothing, Accessories & Footwear and Lingerie. They are know seeking another Merchandise Admin Assistant due to internal progression.

Description

Updating weekly sales information for analysis documents

Running various weekly sales/stock reports

To assist with data entry and take responsibility for data input / updating various Merchandise systems

Ensure all administration documentation procedures are maintained

To undertake general departmental administration work, under the direction of the Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser

Other duties as required by the Merchandiser

Profile

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
  • Good standard of English and Maths
  • Attention to detail
  • Numerical
  • Good communication & organisational skills
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Good team player
