So where and how will you fit in?
Our new Marketing Manager will be based at our new head office in Durham you will be managing the day to day activities of a small team of 3 marketing professionals who cover graphic design, digital marketing and website content and social media. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Membership you will be responsible for the outputs of the team whilst working on your own projects and liaising with other departments
What does a day of a Marketing Manager look like?
Well, there are never two days the same but in general you will be involved in Market planning, executing programmes, analysing the market and helping to evaluate the success of campaigns. You will be involved with gathering customer and market insights to inform our strategies and ultimately generate more leads. You will need to work with other managers both in and outside head office to ensure we always have a unified approach. You could also be preparing proposals and presentations for the various NFRN committees, the President and the COO.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering Marketing Programmes. Some experience of the retail or FMCG markets or working with of for membership organisations. We really don't want someone who just regurgitates the same old stuff; thinks that one size fits all and lacks enthusiasm.
