JOB SUMMARY
Develop and execute robust marketing strategies to meet company objectives and continually develop brand awareness, position of brand and drive revenue growth. Main responsibility to be innovative, creative to plan, develop, implement, and monitor performance of all marketing activities in light of the company s strategy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute internal and external marketing strategies that drive business success to include print, all media channels and management of industry shows.
- Translating concepts into engaging marketing messages that highlight the company s values and vision through materials to include copywriting, photography/videography and all print marketing materials.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales to enforce cohesive marketing efforts whilst selecting, managing and liaising with external suppliers and agencies.
- Managing marketing budget, resource planning and increasing ROI through analysing performance and using insights to maximise output.
- Maintaining brand image, focusing on aesthetics and professional illustration of the company through digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, Paid Search and web uploads.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the company H&S, equality and diversity policies.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have:
- A creative portfolio or work samples
- Experience in a Marketing environment which supports a vocational qualification.
- An academic qualification would also be an advantage.
Experience and Knowledge
- Experience within a B2B/B2C marketing role.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
- Experience of budget and project management.
- Experienced in using, planning, and executing social media campaigns.
- Self-motivated and intuitive, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to work proactively and independently in a creative environment.
- Demonstrable results in management multiple tasks to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic, and deadlines are met.
Skills, Competencies and Abilities
- Positive, engaged and energetic attitude.
- A creative flair and strong Graphic Design skills.
- Social Media proficient across a range of media platforms, with an understanding of the underlying data analytics.
- Proficient in the use of Creative Cloud, CRM & e-shot packages.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for excellent verbal and written communication that is thoughtful, meaningful and inspiring.
- Desire to support / lead events and trade show.
- Understanding of internal communications and ability to connect with various sectors of the workforce to engage and motivate colleagues.
