Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas Retail group so this exciting role will expand across multiple brands and multiple countries. Ideal for anyone that likes to deep dive into the world of customer insights and media performance, this role will drive progression across the wider marketing team to continuously evolve our web, media, campaign and customer measurement.
Marketing Analyst key responsibilities:
- Understand complex data files - you'll be attending regular meetings across the business to understand changes in business requirements and translate this into data requirements for the database and customer insight
- Management of the customer database to ensure this is lean and the use is maximised
- Using the database in the most streamlined manner with high levels of service level agreements to our internal colleagues
- Analysis of customer behaviours within regular reporting and complex ad-hoc projects
- Producing targeted selections that are aligned to strategic objectives and financial planning
- Planning and testing - Being an instrumental part of the weekly planning cycle and ensuring a robust testing plan
- Managing customer feedback - Ensuring that customer feedback is used to its maximum benefit. The feedback comes in various sources and should be in a timely manner and insightful
- Supporting media managers with improved selections and KPIs
As part of a specialist marketing team, you'll be the go-to person to provide reports and analyse customer data to share with the wider marketing team, providing valuable, actionable insights, so you'll need to have experience of customer marketing databases and analysts software such as Alteryx, Tableau, Alterian, Fast Stats, Access or similar (full training will be provided on any new systems).
Analytical, data-driven and a keen eye-for detail is key for this role, with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for solving problems, this opportunity will allow someone to have great influence over the future strategy, whilst enjoying working autonomously.
