Our client, is one of the UK's leading and largest franchises with a wealth of experience in the retail, tech, and communications sector. They have recently formed and ring-fenced a PMO department to manage an ongoing project and require a Project Manager to join them who has previous experience of working collaboratively on legal projects and programmes. Based in central London close to Liverpool street, but working from home untill further notice in November due to Covid-19 restrictions. Once moving to an office based environment, you will be required to attend our client site 2 - 3 days per week in London.
This role will see you working on your own work-streams that are aligned to a settlement programme and see you bringing portions of the work in-house. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders to readdress legal claims and working side by side with the existing legal firms in play.
This role requires a thorough and certified (Prince 2 / Agile) project manager who has worked on large scale, high dependency projects before, typically managing projects within a larger programme with high impact RISK complexities. This role does not require an IT transformation or IT implementation project manager.
Day to day duties will see you:
- Managing costs aligned to the project
- Working with internal and external legal teams
- Supporting others involved in managing settlements
- Re-Addressing legal claims
- working alongside high dependency stakeholders both internally and externally
- Part of a team that are bringing a programme internally as part of its own business's unit
