Duties for the Sales Executive:
- Dealing with leads that come through into the business via the website and other marketing strategies
- Completing a fact find to establish customers wants and needs
- Pipeline management
- Liaising with Account Managers daily
- Building relationship and helping customers on every step of their journey
Skills for the Sales Executive
- We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in a fast-paced call centre role as a - Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, Customer Service Advisor or similar
- If you're working in Hospitality or Retail looking for a new challenge in a Call Centre environment with targets, KPIs and the opportunity to earn commission we would love to hear from you too
