We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Customer Experience Advisor to monitor and manage the complete order flow process from incoming customer orders through to invoicing, delivery and de-hiring equipment. Together with customer satisfaction of delivery handling any relevant queries and reporting where required.
Managing the process from customer order receipt through to customer order delivery including communicating with customer of expected delivery dates & shortages on orders.
Managing inbound customer Ecommerce orders from receipt to despatch.
Effective internal communication on any orders or delivery slots that potentially could impact on our customer service.
Focus on continuous improvement of customer service and overall performance of despatch.
Co-ordinate between the internal teams to ensure performance is maintained and improved.
Ensuring adequate equipment is available for the processing of orders and highlight any potential shortages.
Handling and communicating customer complaints ensuring all parties are informed of process and outcome as per company standards.
Maintaining accurate record of equipment hire.
Updating and issuing accurate transport schedules.
Competent use of Excel.
Experience of communicating with customers via Telephone and email.
Full competency of the IFS system.
Minimal Product knowledge.
Attend training courses to refresh and gain new knowledge.
Knowledge of all departmental procedures.
Knowledge of H&S and Environmental requirements.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week, with a degree of flexibility at busy times to ensure we meet the needs of the business and our customers.
