About the role:

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, a highly diverse role, the successful candidate will manage multiple activities ranging from basic warehouse activities receiving high value items through to the dispatch of the goods, processing customer service returns, ship offloads and transfer discrepancies. Whilst also processing and managing the return of repairable goods to vendors. Communicating with and hastening other internal departments to ensure the receipt, control, return and dispatch of all high value items in a timely manner. Accountability for the internal processes, liaising and working alongside the Jewellery Department, Warehouse and Logistics Amin teams.

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the Inventory control and data input of all Jewellery and watch returns.

Provide support to the Jewellery and Watch Buyer.

Provide detailed weekly reports for the Warehouse Manager.

Ensure that all daily workloads are completed within the set timescales.

Ensure targets are achieved to meet customer's requirements.

Collation of any relevant statistical information as required.

Arrangement of all Jewellery returns ensuring all relevant documentation is compiled and completed.

Ensuring when required all relevant customs regulations are adhered to when returning stock to vendors outside the UK.

Ensure that, all Health and Safety policies and procedures within your area of responsibility are complied with and fully maintained.

About you:

Experience of NAVISION useful.

You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Collaborative with good problem-solving abilities

Numerate and able to demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines

Confident communicator both with internal, external teams and brand partners

Strong organisational skills with attention to fine detail

You will need to be efficient and able to work independently.

Ability to recognise and resolve problems through appropriate channels and liaise with members of staff at all levels.

Ability to follow instructions and work on own initiative.

Control and maintenance of stock.

Ensure that correct procedures and processes are in place to make effective and efficient stock / service levels

High level of computer literacy of Microsoft office programs.
