As an Online Retail Advisor you will represent an online fashion store and help your customers from Italy via phone and email. Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions, troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns and providing information about fashion products will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities.
The successful Online Retail Advisor has:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in JAPANESE
Good command in English
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
Willing to work abroad for min of 1 year
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
