Job Description
We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in London.
As part of the role you will be owning IT support queries end to end from our head office, warehouse and retail stores via our phone and ticket systems, using problem solving skills to resolve incidents and track faults in accordance with established SLAs. You will also be responsible for assisting with configuring and preparing hardware or software installations and creating and updating any technical documentation
This role is based at Academy House in London, Monday to Friday, working shifts where required.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a 1st Line Support role
Have achieved COMPTIA A+/N+ or similar IT qualifications
Able to effectively troubleshoot issues and use initiative during problem solving
A team player who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Be positive, friendly and approachable
The below skills are desirable as full training will be provided in our Training Academy
Hardware configuration and installation
SQL Query language
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc
Cisco networking systems
Windows desktop and server operating systems
Virtualisation technology i.e. Hyper-V
