The firm is especially well known for providing lawyers with opportunities to work on genuinely interesting matters. For this role, matters may include working for and against widely known fashion retailers for IP infringements, one of a kind class action lawsuits for authors and even working with A list individuals. There's certainly scope to be involved in a wide range of intriguing IP matters.
To be considered, you must have solid contentious IP experience and ideally have done the Oxford IP diploma. Knowledge of tradmark, design and copyright High Court and IPEC Litigation will also be required.
