An iconic, luxury fashion designer is looking to recruit for an international sales manager, to drive its international business across the Middle East and APAC regions. The brand is stocked in over 50 countries and offers ready-to-wear, footwear and leather goods. This critically acclaimed brand has won numerous awards and is recognised as being a classic luxury brand with a subtle contemporary flair. It is one of the most instantly recognisable names in the luxury fashion sector.
The role reports into the global sales director and will see you taking responsibility for creating and developing relationships with brand partners across the Middle East and Asia. They do not current have a presence in these markets so this role is one that you can make your own and stamp your mark on it. You will drive an opening programme across all channels including wholesale and bricks and mortar retail. The company is particularly keen to open in the Korean market, along with the UAE, China, Japan and Australia.
Coming from a similar international role, you will have demonstrable experience in being able to drive new business opportunities in these new markets through your existing network of contacts. They are looking for someone who ideally has a luxury fashion background in RTW, although this is not essential, fashion or lifestyle experience will be considered. If you are able to demonstrate the relevant network of contacts and relationships in these markets, then we would like to hear from you.
In return the is paying a basic salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience, with a bonus potential of up to 30% of salary, per year. They have a generous clothing allowance, perfect for someone who is in love with the product. There is also a generous staff discount of 50% for RTW, 30% for accessories and 70% on beauty products. There is a hybrid working model in place with three days in the office, two from home and international travel to New York, Paris and the emerging markets they are looking to grow into.
