Interim Finance Manager Fast Growth Ecommerce Start-Up Hybrid
The Client
We are delighted to have once again partnered with an exciting and fast-growing e-commerce business to find them an Interim Finance Manager. Our client has raised more than £5m so far and will imminently be closing another significant round of funding. Their revenue has been increasing YoY by upward of 50%, a trend which is set to continue in 2024.
Having scaled rapidly and become a market leader with their unique and creative product lines. They are set on continuously scaling the D2C sales through their online platform and diversifying their offering to their customer base.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, this position is crucial for improvement of their current finance processes and streamlining production of management accounts. This will require someone who is comfortable not only working autonomously but also able to partner across the business when required.
Responsibilities
- Production of management accounts
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Upgrade KPI dashboards to provide the most meaningful insights for the executive team.
- Continuously improve processes to speed up the month-end and year-end tasks.
- Ad-hoc tasks for the Founder.
Essential Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands on and an eye for detail.
- E-commerce, Digital tech, or retail experience.
Day Rate: £350-£450/day (outside IR35)
Location: London, Hybrid.
