This role is dedicated to support the achievement of production plans by the efficient mounting and de-mounting of tooling in process machinery whilst ensuring optimum running conditions and output quality.
The purpose of this role also includes consistently reviewing products, services and processes to support the Company's continuous improvement programme.
Ensure full compliance with SHE management policy, procedure and systems. Promote a continually improving SHE culture with the aim of eliminating accidents and incidents.
To be an effective part of the team to achieve cell manufacturing targets, working to agreed quality, productivity and cost standards.
Work to support and achieve continuous improvement.
Shift: Mon- Fri 0, 1, 2 (rotating weekly)
Salary: £31,044 inc. shift premium
Strong SHE awareness
2-3 years experience with plastics processing production environment.
Quality driven to ensure excellent service to customer
Self disciplined, with the ability to set and maintain high standards for self and others
Ability to communicate clearly - both verbally and written
Ability to work effectively and build relationships in a team environment
Self motivated to identify and deliver improvement against agreed objectives and timescales
Experience of injection moulding manufacturing environment is desirable
