Manchester, Lancashire Page Personnel Secretarial & Business Support

This role will be responsible for taking orders right from the initial concepts to delivery. This is an exciting role with yearly travel opportunities.

Client Details

An Ecommerce Fashion Brand selling apparel & Accessories. The business has been trading for nearly 12 years and have seen strong trading figures over the last 9 months. They sell a selection of brands which are a mix of in-house designed product and some other well known brands in their market.


  • Maintain the critical path and highlight any suspected causes for delay
  • Arrange, coordinate & authorise shipments with our suppliers
  • Raise orders on our internal system
  • Complete trend analysis of what is happening within the occasion wear sector
  • In conjunction with the design team, develop our range of items for both areas of product
  • Liaise with suppliers on sampling
  • Research any new opportunities for the use of new factories overseas
  • Liaise with our financial department to work on future sales patterns & budgets


  • 2 years of import or buying experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Excel
  • A keen interest in fashion
  • Excellent communication
  • A willingness for future travel

Job Offer
