We are looking for someone with strong admin and recruitment coordinating experience. The role would be to book and coordinate interviews between the Store Managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for our retail outlets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between Hiring Managers and potential candidates.
- Managing interview setups and logistics to create a positive candidate experience.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to gather interview feedback
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on interview coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus.
