About The Role
A rare opportunity as a true HR Business Partner for Alliance Healthcare has arisen, supporting our Excalibur Programme. This role will be field based, covering the South, on a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment.
Working as part of a small but successful high performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting transformational HR-related programme deliverables and enabling the implementation of high-profile business change.
The key accountabilities of the role:
- Contributing to the end-to-end design and delivery of people development strategies and interventions. Partnering with internal customers to supporting the embedding of cultural change.
- Provide coaching expertise and guidance to People Leaders, developing people skills and supporting HR Forward, including the full utilisation of HR systems (i.e. Workday).
- Executing all assigned HR-related activity within the HR workstream scope. This may be individual actions providing tools and templates or liaising with relevant Centres of Excellence to support.

About the Candidate
You will have strong HR business partnering experience that you can leverage into a specialist HR Programme role. You should have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management, leading people aspects of projects and change. You will be a tactical operator with true HR business partnering experience, gained in a unionised environment. An understanding of operations / supply chain is desirable.
You will be a confident communicator with bags of initiative and drive. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with lots of change and challenge. This role will require some overnight stays.
