An Area Plant Area Manager with horticultural knowledge and management experience is required for Hunters plant nursery client, to assist with the day-to-day management of the plant area.

• Responsible for overseeing the retail plants business and managing your team to maintain excellent standards and customer service
• Work closely with group buyer for stock planning and communicating with our own wholesale nursery and other growers to acquire stock and maximise sales and profit
• Managing, coaching and training at all levels
