We are looking for a Helpdesk Operative to support an exciting, growing contact with a leading facilities management company.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in assisting the day to day running of the contract and providing essential support to the whole project team. This is a full time, permanent office based role and you will be based in the office in Durrington, West Sussex (BN13)

Your role
  • Raining reactive work orders from emails and calls
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Running reports on CAFM system
  • Working in line with the management team
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
What are we looking for?
  • Are you proficient in IT skills such as using Microsoft Office and management systems?
  • Have you had experience working on a help desk in a facilities management?
  • Do you have good communication and customer service skills?
  • Can you demonstrate good time management skills to manage your own workload?
