Trinny London
The Head of Store Design and Visual Merchandising will be responsible for defining and implementing the visual strategy and customer experience of our counters, future stores, exhibitions, experiences and pop-ups. This role will include conceptualising, planning, and executing captivating visual displays that enhance the overall brand image and drive sales for Trinny London.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Design, project manage the building of and implement Trinny London’s store layouts, product displays, window displays, and promotional installations to attract and engage customers.
- Develop a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with Trinny London’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and retail operations, to integrate visual merchandising into overall business strategy.
- Create innovative and eye-catching visual concepts for all customer retail experiences including stores, exhibitions, pop ups, and other brand touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards across all locations to ensure consistency and brand coherence.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide visual merchandising training and support to store teams, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Work closely with product teams to showcase merchandise effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and implement effective visual communication strategies to convey brand messaging and promotions through visual displays.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor visual merchandising strategies to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimise visual merchandising strategies and improve performance.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining the desired quality and impact.
- Partner with vendors, contractors and partners to negotiate pricing and execute visual merchandising projects within budgetary constraints.

These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising and store design, ideally in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance brand image.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, design principles, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and other visual merchandising tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel and visit different store locations, showrooms, and events as needed.
