This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Guildford or Coventry, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do:

The Head of Consumer Sales and Distribution is required to lead the global sales and distribution strategy, driving evolution based on the company’s business vision & commercial strategy, inline with our exciting product portfolio and defined brand guidelines.
You will work closely with Product, Pricing, Brand, Financial Services and Aftersales to deliver an outstanding global offer

The role is responsible to lead the creation and execution of the global network development strategy.

Define, develop and implement a sales & distribution strategies designed to achieve overall business objectives and financial targets, including predictability of the business, both in terms of building the foundation/business to delivery of the full Sales & Distribution strategy globally.

Build, Lead and coach a world class team across a number of territories globally, who share and exude the FORSEVEN vision.

Management of Retail finance programs, Network Development, in life Logistics, Fleet and Used Vehicle strategy alongside the regional teams globally.

Responsible for the Sales & Distribution budget

Selection, development and execution of enabling technologies, including vehicle ordering, CRM, e-Commerce platforms, Partner Portal, Inventory & logistics Management & resource planning working cross functionally to ensure Sales & Distribution requirements are programmed in

We would like you to have:

Business Degree Educated preferred

Extensive experience in automotive aftersales with a Global OEM/Automotive industr

Strong commercial acumen with tuned leadership skills

Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines and financial targets

Experienced in retail PoS development, ideally internationally / globally
