What your job will be:
Wealthify has developed fantastic relationships with different banks , F inTechs , retail brands and financial media that support our ambition to inspire anyone to build their future wealth , and we wish to develop more . As a result, we are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships/Head of B usiness D evelopment and Pa r tnerships to build new relationships and grow our existing ones . This is a maternity cover on a n 18M fixed term contract.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Executing the growth strategy for the overall P artnerships channel, including growing our Affiliate network and strategic partners , promotional campaign planning and new product launch strategies
- Leading an ambitious team of 4 BDMs & Affiliate Account Managers
- Prospecting new business leads and managing the overall pipeline
- Deal ing with new inbound partnerships enquires
- Develop ing sales material to support pitches
- Negotiat ing deals and commercial terms
- Report ing to Senior Management on opportunities and progress

- Proven ability to manage a pipeline, structure a deal, negotiate business agreements, identify new business partnerships and drive commercial results.

- Drive for Results – Strong project management skills with ability to take control of budgets and deliver tangible business results.

As most of the Wealthify team are working from home, all interviews will be carried out remotely. Our offices in Penarth Marina have recently been refurbished and are available for any of our team to use . A s a Head of Partnerships role , flexibility is key – you’ll be meeting prospects and clients so will need to network , and we’ll naturally expect you to be part of the wider team , and arrange face to face time with your own team to build strong relationships .
