Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Head of Operations (Financial/ Data)

The Company:- is a leading international recruitment consultancy with offices in London, mainland Europe and the US.

The role:- Is new and is to manage the integration and transfer of data to a new Oracle based system, managing the day to day technology operations of the business, working closely with the senior management team to achieve world class systems and data transparency. Financial Data Analysis, builds internal road maps and dashboards, eliminate inefficiencies in the demand process and deliver clarity and direction to stakeholders and sales teams, build a ‘value add’team to enhance business/financial data available to make business decisions. Plan, and organise technology operations to ensure financial data is available and actioned upon and high levels of ‘service quality’ for IT projects, cybersecurity and infrastructure is achieved.

The candidate;- Suitably qualified IT/Fin. Manager/Head of IT operations ideally from a multi site, retail or recruitment background preferably in a high volume, cloud-based environment with significant experience of developing tech strategies. An excellent understanding of a fast paced fee generating recruitment mark up/margins business. A strong communicator/influencer manager, can demonstrate experience leading technology teams and change programmes or projects. An IT leader, comfortable problem solving and adding best practices to the business taking early responsibility for producing meaningful analysis and understanding of KPI’s and financial data and capable of effectively communicating it to non financial management.
