Document and Identity Governance (DIG) supports Macquarie Asset Management in best practice information collaboration and management, user access management & identity governance for applications, systems and business records regardless of medium, and is responsible for its electronic and physical filing systems and processes.

What role will you play?
You will be responsible for Macquarie meeting best practice records lifecycle management and user and identity access management programs, across Macquarie Asset Management’s technology solutions. Working in close partnership with Macquarie Asset Management’s Technology, you will introduce, manage and evolve technology solutions to maximise business productivity, while maintaining mandatory deliverables, such as information barriers to prevent security and conflict breaches.
What you offer
- Strong leadership, a bias to transformation and business improvement, project and change management skills
- Knowledge of risk, access, and records management principles, including issues relating to the confidentiality, security, and management of business records in electronic formats
- Skills and experience in the use, administration or support of Electronic Document Management Systems and Records Management systems
