Are you looking for a role where your commercial experience can make a real difference to the natural environment?
Avon Wildlife Trust are looking for a Head of Commercial Development to lead the operation and development of our commercial activities. These include a 20 bedroom education, wedding and conference venue at Folly Farm in the Chew Valley, a wildflower nursery and public engagement hub at Grow Wilder in north Bristol, an online shop and marketing of courses and education activities. In the longer-term, we are aiming to open 4-5 charity shops to generate income to help fund management of our nature reserves and other ongoing activities.
We are looking for someone with strong track record in retail or hospitality who is passionate about driving a positive culture of customer service and income generation. If this is you, we look forward to hearing from you.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a first interview to take place on Tuesday 9 th January 2024.
Leading candidates may then be asked to attend a second interview to take place on Tuesday 16 th January 2024.
